SPARTA!!!! (war,armour,age)

The Spartan Armour contained 2 components. The helmet (which contained many different sizes and shapes) and the currass(bronze,bell,muscled). Spartans also carried a shield, spear, and sword(which is rarely use). Some Spartans would carry bow and arrows. When escorting someone important the would surround them with shields raised from sides, font or back, and even above. Revolutions started after the war between all the cities of Ancient Greece causing a more disciplined military. People of other states and cities are part of the Sparta army. People defeated are made slave to work for the Spartan military school. Mothers of the warriors sent to war expected thier son to come home carrying their shield or be carried upon it, otherwise it was considered a disgrace to their family. At age of 20-60 men are forced to be part of the army. Before young men at the age of 7-19 would be in military school. At the age of twelve the strict rules would be even stricter.Stealing was encouraged. If they were caught stealing they where in trouble, not for stealing but for being caught. If someone got in a fight and complained about being hit, they were thrash by their father. As you can see, if you wanted to live in Ancient Greec you wouldn't want to live in Sparta.
